Sprinting as quick as he could, Phil sped across the street, narrowly missing three oncoming cars. A flickering neon sign caught his eyes, advertising a bakery. The avian picked up the pace, dashing down the street. He could hear the police shouting at him to stop, yet he paid them no mind. (To be fair he had the exact same thing but Phil was in a hurry and had promised his son pizza for dinner.) It would’ve been so much easier to use his wings, but he couldn’t risk it when the police had literal guns with actual bullets. Phi made a sharp left down a less crowded street, pushing the few pedestrians who were in the way to the ground. He had a seventeen year old kid at home, dipshits. He had been hired to steal a USB harddrive from an enemy company, and who knew that the tiniest piece of technology would land him minutes away from jail. Honestly, he didn’t get what the big deal was. Which was why he was currently being chased down the street by the local police. It had been one year since Phil had rescued Techno, and despite having to fill the role of a father, the man was still as much of a villain as he was before.
